Cancellations for single-day private tours and workshops are accepted up to 7 days in advance with a full refund minus a 6% processing fee, or the activity can be rescheduled for another available date at no additional cost. Between 7 days and 48 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be issued, or the activity can be rescheduled for another available date at no additional cost. For Birding 101 and image processing workshops, cancellations will be issued a full refund up to 48 hours in advance. Between 24 and 48 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be issued, or the activity can be rescheduled for another available date at no additional cost.
