The booking deposit is refundable for 45 days after receipt, or up until September 1 2026 (whichever comes first). The remaining balance is due by November 1st 2026. For cancellation 60-90 days before the trip, a 50% refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for cancellation 59 days or less prior to trip departure.

The workshop is fee is based on double occupancy and includes your hotel, breakfasts, full time guiding and instruction, ground transportation during the workshop, and more. Single supplement (non-shared hotel room) is available for $675 CAD or $500 USD. Tax is 5% GST. Credit card payments of the balance are subject to a 4% processing fee (other payment methods with no extra fees are also available).
